Le propre de cet univers est d\u2019\u00eatre tr\u00e8s r\u00e8glement\u00e9 et encadr\u00e9 pour \u00e9viter les injustices, et la r\u00e9tribution est en fonction du travail r\u00e9alis\u00e9, de la comp\u00e9tence des personnes et de leur formation. Le patron a le souci de son profit et le travailleur a le souci de son salaire. Cette perspective fabrique un angle mort auquel J\u00e9sus justement veut nous \u00e9veiller. Dieu n\u2019est pas le \u00ab&nbsp;boss&nbsp;\u00bb d\u2019une entreprise dont l\u2019objectif serait les profits \u00e0 son compte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ici, en les embauchant, le ma\u00eetre appelle les ouvriers \u00e0 devenir les jardiniers de sa vigne, en se mettant d\u2019accord avec eux sur le salaire de la journ\u00e9e, soit une pi\u00e8ce d\u2019argent, un denier. Il sort \u00e0 5 reprises, \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes heures qui \u00e9pousent la dur\u00e9e de la journ\u00e9e de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9poque de J\u00e9sus, le \u00ab&nbsp;denier&nbsp;\u00bb correspondait \u00e0 la somme qui convient pour bien faire vivre une famille pendant une journ\u00e9e. Il n\u2019est pas l\u00e0 pour faire accro\u00eetre nos \u00ab&nbsp;\u00e9conomies&nbsp;\u00bb. \u00c0 la mani\u00e8re du \u00ab&nbsp;pain quotidien&nbsp;\u00bb, il nous est donn\u00e9 pour chaque jour, nous faisant exp\u00e9rimenter que notre vie profonde ne repose pas sur nos \u00ab&nbsp;r\u00e9serves accumul\u00e9es&nbsp;\u00bb, mais bien sur cette pr\u00e9venance d\u2019un Dieu qui nous donne ce dont nous avons besoin \u00e0 chaque jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce don n\u2019est pas fait en fonction du m\u00e9rite des ouvriers, mais bien en fonction de ce dont ils ont besoin pour bien vivre. Dieu nous donne en fonction de ce dont nous avons besoin pour notre vie profonde. Ce \u00ab&nbsp;denier&nbsp;\u00bb, c\u2019est le Don que le Christ fait de sa Vie pour nous. Il ne s\u2019agit pas d\u2019un salaire en fonction du travail r\u00e9alis\u00e9 mais du Don que Dieu fait de Lui-m\u00eame pour nous sauver. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une pl\u00e9nitude de Vie et d\u2019Amour donn\u00e9e \u00e0 tous sans partage et sans r\u00e9serve, peu importe l\u2019heure o\u00f9 notre vie se trouve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notre compr\u00e9hension spontan\u00e9e chosifie le \u00ab&nbsp;denier&nbsp;\u00bb en fonction du travail accompli, ce qui nous donne \u00e0 penser que le \u00ab&nbsp;salaire&nbsp;\u00bb vers\u00e9 aux premiers ouvriers est injuste en regard de ce que les derniers re\u00e7oivent. Nous situons Dieu comme un employeur au lieu de Le d\u00e9couvrir comme se donnant tout entier \u00e0 chaque personne, peu importe ses m\u00e9rites et l\u2019heure o\u00f9 elle arrive. Et Il ne cesse de sortir \u00e0 toute heure du jour pour embaucher \u00e0 sa vigne ceux et celles qui sont rest\u00e9s sans rien faire parce que personne ne les avait embauch\u00e9s, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 Il nous trouve d\u00e9s\u0153uvr\u00e9s et en recherche de sens pour notre vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 travers cette Parole, c\u2019est le ma\u00eetre du domaine qui sort pour venir \u00e0 notre rencontre. Sommes-nous d\u00e9j\u00e0 absorb\u00e9s par la vigne qui demande tant de soin ? Peut-\u00eatre faisons-nous l\u2019exp\u00e9rience du poids du jour et de la chaleur, alors que nos efforts se d\u00e9ploient depuis longtemps&#8230; et que nous percevons peu de fruits \u00e0 notre engagement&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peut-\u00eatre que nous n\u2019avons pas la perception de travailler \u00e0 la vigne du P\u00e8re&#8230; bien s\u00fbr, nous travaillons, nous peinons, mais cela nous semble bien \u00e9loign\u00e9 parfois d\u2019un chemin spirituel \u00e0 travers lequel se tisse l\u2019Alliance avec le P\u00e8re par J\u00e9sus&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peut-\u00eatre sommes-nous aussi contamin\u00e9s, sous le poids des blessures et des \u00e9preuves, par une vision de nous-m\u00eames o\u00f9 nous nous percevons comme ayant peu de valeur, affair\u00e9 au banal des jours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais le P\u00e8re sort \u00e0 nouveau pour nous rejoindre \u00e0 travers sa Parole qui nous choisit aujourd\u2019hui encore, et ce, peu importe notre \u00e2ge, peu importe le chemin parcouru, ou la mani\u00e8re de voir notre vie. Le P\u00e8re nous choisit, et dans ce choix, il y a une \u00e9lection, un appel qui nous concerne, qui s\u2019adresse \u00e0 nous et porte la couleur unique de notre \u00eatre profond. La saisie de cet appel se vit dans un moment opportun o\u00f9 nous sommes touch\u00e9s par le fait que le P\u00e8re vient nous chercher et qu\u2019Il a besoin de nous. Nous laisser d\u00e9s\u0153uvr\u00e9 ne fait pas partie de ses plans. Comment nous a-t-il rejoint ? Quel feu a-t-il \u00e9veill\u00e9 un jour en nous jusqu\u2019\u00e0 susciter que nous mettions nos pas dans les siens ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans la communaut\u00e9 de Mattieu, juifs et pa\u00efens convertis se c\u00f4toient. Les juifs convertis, forts de leur longue pratique depuis leur enfance, dans la conscience d\u2019\u00eatre ce Peuple \u00e9lu, voient soudainement arriver dans la communaut\u00e9 naissante des pa\u00efens tout r\u00e9cemment convertis, qui n\u2019ont jamais pratiquer les commandements, et qui re\u00e7oivent le m\u00eame Amour de Dieu et sont trait\u00e9s de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re&nbsp;: quelle injustice !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et ce ma\u00eetre qui fait par expr\u00e8s pour bien montrer aux premiers ce que les derniers re\u00e7oivent&#8230; et alors qu\u2019ils s\u2019attendaient \u00e0 recevoir davantage, ils se voient remettre le m\u00eame montant que les derniers, alors qu\u2019\u00e0 leurs yeux, ils m\u00e9ritent un salaire plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et voil\u00e0 que les premiers venus se mettent \u00e0 juger le ma\u00eetre !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les derniers venus sont jug\u00e9s&#8230; le ma\u00eetre de la vigne lui-m\u00eame est jug\u00e9&#8230; Tout cela, au nom des m\u00e9rites qu\u2019ils associent \u00e0 leur travail, oubliant m\u00eame le don premier du ma\u00eetre qui leur a fait confiance en les embauchant \u00e0 sa vigne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dieu ne se lasse pas&#8230; Il prend les devants&#8230; toujours&#8230; et ce, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la derni\u00e8re heure. Cette derni\u00e8re heure est l\u2019heure pr\u00e9sente.
