Bonnes vacances et que Dieu vous accompagne !<\/strong> <strong>Alice (celle qui pr\u00eate sa voix aux m\u00e9ditations), Ange-Lydie, Barbara, Colette, Halyna, Lucille, Marie-Emmanuel, Martial, Paolo, St\u00e9fan et Vincent<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong><strong>M\u00e9ditation &#8211;<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong> Qu\u2019avons-nous fait de la Loi de Dieu ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peut-on perfectionner la Loi, alors que la Loi donn\u00e9e par Dieu, c\u2019est Lui-m\u00eame ? La vraie question serait plut\u00f4t&nbsp;: qu\u2019avons-nous fait de la Loi que Dieu nous a donn\u00e9e ? L\u2019homme cherche inlassablement \u00e0 trouver des fa\u00e7ons de contourner ce qui lui est enseign\u00e9, m\u00eame si cela est pour l\u2019aider \u00e0 mieux vivre ensemble et \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger la vie. On n\u2019a qu\u2019\u00e0 se rappeler notre enfance. Combien de fois avons-nous cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 ne pas nous soumettre aux directives \u00e9ducatives de nos parents ? Il faut reconna\u00eetre qu\u2019il y a en nous un \u00e9lan naturel \u00e0 ne pas suivre les consignes. \u00c0 croire que notre crise du \u00ab non \u00bb est \u00e9ternelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Soyez rassur\u00e9s, J\u00e9sus n\u2019est pas venu nous imposer quoi que ce soit. Ses r\u00e9primandes aux scribes et aux pharisiens \u00e9taient \u00e0 l\u2019effet qu\u2019au cours des si\u00e8cles, les autorit\u00e9s religieuses juives avaient modifi\u00e9 la Loi donn\u00e9e par Dieu au Sina\u00ef. Ils en avaient fait quelque chose qui r\u00e9pondait \u00e0 l\u2019enrichissement du Temple et \u00e0 ceux qui en faisaient partie. Sans oublier que certains s\u2019en servaient pour maintenir le peuple sous leur joug.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Loi \u00e9tait devenue st\u00e9rile, difficile \u00e0 comprendre et m\u00eame parfois contradictoire. Elle avait perdu sa nature premi\u00e8re. J\u00e9sus dira \u00e0 plusieurs reprises&nbsp;: \u00ab Je ne suis pas venu abolir la Loi \u00bb, puisque la Loi lui vient de son P\u00e8re et qu\u2019elle est de m\u00eame nature que Celui qui l\u2019a prodigu\u00e9e, soit l\u2019amour. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019homme pour qu\u2019il puisse orienter son regard vers la Lumi\u00e8re et ainsi sortir des t\u00e9n\u00e8bres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans l\u2019histoire, une premi\u00e8re loi fut mise en place par l\u2019homme pour \u00e9tablir une certaine justice humaine lors de conflits. On la nommait la loi du talion. Elle fut instaur\u00e9e pr\u00e8s de 2000 ans avant notre \u00e8re. Elle se disait comme suit&nbsp;: \u00ab \u0152il pour \u0153il, dent pour dent, main pour main, pied pour pied. \u00bb Elle servait \u00e0 limiter la mont\u00e9e de la violence anim\u00e9e par les esprits de vengeance. On va la retrouver plus tard dans les \u00e9crits de l\u2019exode, du l\u00e9vitique et de l\u2019Eccl\u00e9siaste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec le temps, on en \u00e9tait arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9\u00e9crire une partie de la Loi de Dieu de la fa\u00e7on suivante&nbsp;: \u00ab Tu aimeras ton prochain et tu ha\u00efras ton ennemi. \u00bb \u00c0 cela J\u00e9sus va rectifier la deuxi\u00e8me partie de sa formulation par&nbsp;: \u00ab Aimez vos ennemis et priez pour ceux qui vous pers\u00e9cutent \u00bb. Probablement que les disciples ont d\u00fb sursauter en entendant cet \u00e9nonc\u00e9 de la part de J\u00e9sus. D\u2019abord, c\u2019\u00e9tait la premi\u00e8re fois qu\u2019ils entendaient une telle chose et, deuxi\u00e8mement, ils ne pouvaient s\u2019imaginer qu\u2019ils arriveraient \u00e0 appliquer une telle mesure envers les personnes qui leur faisaient du mal. Encore aujourd\u2019hui, cela sort de toute logique et de nos comportements habituels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u2019est-ce pas l\u2019amour du prochain amen\u00e9 \u00e0 sa perfection ? Il n\u2019y a plus de distinction et d\u2019exclusion entre les hommes. Il n\u2019y a plus de diff\u00e9rence entre l\u2019ami et l\u2019ennemi. Dieu ne fait-Il pas gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019un comme \u00e0 l\u2019autre ? Par cette Parole, J\u00e9sus vient nous dire de faire de toute chose, m\u00eame du mal qu\u2019on nous fait, une chose nouvelle, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire une occasion d\u2019aimer et de pardonner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ici, J\u00e9sus ne parle pas de cautionner le mal que l\u2019on nous fait, de l\u2019excuser ou encore de le louer. Le mal reste le mal. Il nous dit que&nbsp;: la douceur envers nos ennemis, c\u2019est le meilleur traitement que nous pouvons appliqu\u00e9 contre le mal et que cela nous garde dans l\u2019esp\u00e9rance que la personne peut changer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par nos paroles et nos actions, ne sommes-nous pas nous aussi, l\u2019ennemi de quelqu\u2019un d\u2019autre ? J\u00e9sus pourrait poursuivre en nous disant&nbsp;: vous aussi, consciemment ou non, vous faites souvent du mal \u00e0 mon P\u00e8re. Faites donc, aux autres, ce que mon P\u00e8re fait pour vous. N\u2019est-ce pas aussi ce que vous voudriez que les autres vous fassent ? Soyons mis\u00e9ricordieux comme le P\u00e8re l\u2019est envers nous tous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Est-ce possible d\u2019aller dans la voie qui nous est propos\u00e9e par J\u00e9sus ? M\u00eame si notre bonne volont\u00e9 y est, il est peu probable que nous y parvenions. Une seule possibilit\u00e9 s\u2019offre \u00e0 nous, c\u2019est de demander au Christ de nous aider \u00e0 y parvenir. Douceur, respect, ma\u00eetrise de soi, patience et pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance, voil\u00e0 ce que l\u2019Esprit nous apportera, si nous Lui demandons humblement son aide, afin d\u2019aimer comme le Christ aime.
