Ces paroles partag\u00e9es indiquent le don immense d\u2019une fraternit\u00e9 divine : nous sommes un dans l\u2019unit\u00e9 du P\u00e8re. Le Fils nous fait le don du Nom du P\u00e8re qu\u2019Il r\u00e9v\u00e8le dans Sa saintet\u00e9 : \u00ab&nbsp;P\u00e8re saint&nbsp;\u00bb. Ce Nom ne s\u2019\u00e9tale pas devant nous comme un panorama grandiose qui nous resterait ext\u00e9rieur. Une cha\u00eene de montagnes enneig\u00e9es d\u00e9roule sa majest\u00e9. Mais, l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9vation des sommets ne met pas fin \u00e0 la s\u00e9paration : je ne suis pas la montagne. L\u2019oc\u00e9an accueille la goutte dans la vastitude, mais la goutte se perd dans les flots et les vagues. Elle n\u2019a pas d\u2019identit\u00e9 et la communion n\u2019a pas lieu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si nous ne faisions qu\u2019apprendre que le P\u00e8re est, notre gratitude serait d\u00e9j\u00e0 sans borne. Mais, le Fils va plus loin, puisqu\u2019Il nous r\u00e9v\u00e8le que nous, pauvres et indignes disciples, demeurons sous la garde du P\u00e8re, enfouis dans son Nom. Ce Nom inaccessible nous est donn\u00e9 : \u00ab&nbsp;le nom que tu m\u2019as donn\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb. Cette densit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9sence inaccessible aux efforts humains, nous est partag\u00e9e ! Le Fils ne fait pas une le\u00e7on pour nous apprendre quelque chose sur le P\u00e8re : Il manifeste ce qui demeure, une Pr\u00e9sence qui soutient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeudi dernier, nous f\u00eations l\u2019Ascension du Seigneur, le retour solennel du Fils de l\u2019homme aupr\u00e8s du P\u00e8re. Si les images nous aident dans la pri\u00e8re, nous pouvons imaginer J\u00e9sus qui s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve dans le ciel ou les retrouvailles de J\u00e9sus avec son P\u00e8re. Mais, une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 spirituelle traverse ces repr\u00e9sentations. Le Fils de l\u2019homme monte au ciel avec l\u2019humanit\u00e9 unifi\u00e9e derri\u00e8re Lui dans un acte de r\u00e9conciliation avec le P\u00e8re. Comme l\u2019explique Saint Augustin, les hommes unifi\u00e9s dans le Christ forment un seul corps. L\u2019Ascension c\u00e9l\u00e8bre donc la communion des disciples au P\u00e8re dans le corps du Fils : \u00ab&nbsp;Les chr\u00e9tiens avec leur chef qui est mont\u00e9 aux cieux, ne forment qu&#8217;un seul Christ. Il n&#8217;est point seul, et nous plusieurs ; mais quoique plusieurs, nous sommes un en lui seul. J\u00e9sus-Christ donc n&#8217;est qu&#8217;un seul homme comprenant la t\u00eate et les membres. \u00bb (1)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Quoique plusieurs, nous sommes un en lui seul.&nbsp;\u00bb Notre Pape L\u00e9on XIV a pris comme devise cette expression de saint augustin : \u00ab En Celui qui est Un, nous sommes Un \u00bb. L\u2019unit\u00e9 v\u00e9cue dans le P\u00e8re n\u2019est ni un nivellement qui arase les singularit\u00e9s, ni l\u2019uniformisation \u00e0 une norme. C\u2019est de Dieu que nous tenons notre personnalit\u00e9, notre identit\u00e9 singuli\u00e8re. Comment Dieu se r\u00e9jouirait-Il de la dissolution des personnes dans la fusion d\u2019un grand tout ? Dans notre culture, la notion m\u00eame de \u00ab&nbsp;personne&nbsp;\u00bb vient d\u2019une m\u00e9ditation sur la Trinit\u00e9, ces trois personnes divines dont l\u2019amour fonde le myst\u00e8re d\u2019unit\u00e9. Le Christ se r\u00e9jouit de la pluralit\u00e9 et la diversit\u00e9 des personnes qui trouvent leur unit\u00e9 dans l\u2019origine absolue qu\u2019est le P\u00e8re : \u00ab&nbsp;Et maintenant que je viens \u00e0 toi, je parle ainsi, dans le monde, pour qu\u2019ils aient en eux ma joie, et qu\u2019ils en soient combl\u00e9s.&nbsp;\u00bb L\u2019unit\u00e9 dans la fraternit\u00e9 issue du P\u00e8re est une source d\u2019o\u00f9 coule la joie et la paix !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Tout proc\u00e8de du seul Verbe<br>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 et tous rendent ce seul t\u00e9moignage :<br>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00ab Ce Verbe est le principe qui nous parle \u00bb Jn 8, 25).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sans lui, nul ne peut comprendre<br>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 ni juger correctement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Celui \u00e0 qui tout est unit\u00e9<br>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 et qui rapporte tout \u00e0 l&#8217;unit\u00e9<br>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 et qui voit tout dans l&#8217;unit\u00e9<br>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 peut avoir le c\u0153ur stable<br>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 et demeurer dans la paix de Dieu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d4 Dieu de v\u00e9rit\u00e9 !\u00a0<br>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 fais-moi un avec toi<br>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 dans une charit\u00e9 perp\u00e9tuelle.\u00a0\u00bb (2)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comment vivre un myst\u00e8re si grand ? \u00ab&nbsp;Sanctifie-les dans la v\u00e9rit\u00e9&nbsp;: ta parole est v\u00e9rit\u00e9.&nbsp;\u00bb Ne sommes-nous pas d\u00e9ficients face \u00e0 la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 ? Oui, pauvres et indigents, mais Celui qui a dit \u00ab&nbsp;Je suis la v\u00e9rit\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb chemine avec nous et notre c\u0153ur demeure en Son amour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prenons quelques minutes dans notre journ\u00e9e pour que le temps se r\u00e9jouisse d\u2019\u00eatre un puits qui s\u2019abreuve \u00e0 une nappe phr\u00e9atique d\u2019\u00e9ternit\u00e9. Sous nos pieds, une immensit\u00e9 demeure.
