Parmi ces gens, un bon nombre \u00e9taient souffrants et beaucoup d\u2019autres esp\u00e9raient entendre du Messie, une Parole de lib\u00e9ration. Cependant, des pharisiens et des scribes du Temple de J\u00e9rusalem viennent rencontrer J\u00e9sus, mais pour une tout autre raison. Ils \u00e9taient envoy\u00e9s par les Responsables du Sanh\u00e9drin afin de surveiller et rapporter tous les faits et gestes de J\u00e9sus pouvant amener \u00e0 son arrestation et sa condamnation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien \u00e9videmment, en certaines occasions, les disciples se mettaient \u00e0 table sans se laver les mains. Geste qui se traduisait \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque par&nbsp;: avoir des mains impures. Cette obligation s\u2019inscrivait dans la tradition des Anciens d\u2019Isra\u00ebl et s\u2019ajoutait \u00e0 d\u2019autres coutumes, comme le lavage des coupes, carafes et plats. Ce comportement d\u00e9coulait de r\u00e8gles d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne retenues depuis les temps ancestraux, afin de prot\u00e9ger le peuple h\u00e9breu de la transmission de maladies contagieuses, comme la l\u00e8pre. Afin d\u2019en faire une r\u00e8gle de comportement obligatoire, les Anciens l\u2019avaient inclus comme \u00e9tant une pratique religieuse qu\u2019ils nommaient&nbsp;: pr\u00e9cepte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e9sus n\u2019a jamais contest\u00e9 cette pratique d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne. Bien au contraire, Il la pratiquait Lui-m\u00eame lorsque cela Lui \u00e9tait possible. Ce qui le tourmentait, c\u2019\u00e9tait le fait que les instances religieuses en avaient fait une loi et que sa non-observance pouvait entra\u00eener un jugement s\u00e9v\u00e8re et m\u00eame l\u2019exclusion pour les personnes qui n\u2019y adh\u00e9raient pas. C\u2019est dans ce contexte que J\u00e9sus fait la lumi\u00e8re aupr\u00e8s des pharisiens et des scribes du Temple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il leur reprochait de d\u00e9naturer la Loi de son P\u00e8re en cr\u00e9ant des lois humaines qui enfermaient le peuple dans des pratiques injustes et qui le privait de libert\u00e9. Tous ces pr\u00e9ceptes \u00e9taient devenus avec le temps des priorit\u00e9s d\u2019observance au d\u00e9triment de la Loi de Dieu dont ils avaient h\u00e9rit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de bien leur faire comprendre le bien-fond\u00e9 de sa d\u00e9nonciation, J\u00e9sus va utiliser le commandement de Dieu au sujet du respect \u00e0 rendre aux parents. \u00ab P\u00e8re et m\u00e8re, tu honoreras, afin de vivre longuement \u00bb. Les juifs avaient mis en place une mani\u00e8re pour les fils de parents \u00e2g\u00e9s, de contourner leurs devoirs envers eux en leur permettant de d\u00e9clarer les biens du p\u00e8re comme \u00ab Korban \u00bb, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire que les biens familiaux \u00e9taient d\u00e9sign\u00e9s comme \u00e9tant une offrande consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 Dieu. Ceux-ci \u00e9taient alors d\u00e9pos\u00e9s dans la tr\u00e9sorerie du Temple de J\u00e9rusalem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il va de soi que cette pratique offerte aux fils permettait aux Responsables religieux d\u2019accorder \u00e0 ceux-ci, certaines faveurs, redevances mon\u00e9taires ou encore des biens terriens pour ce qui \u00e9tait substitu\u00e9 aux parents et remis au Temple. Ainsi, les parents \u00e2g\u00e9s, \u00e9taient d\u00e9pouill\u00e9s de leurs biens, bien avant leur d\u00e9c\u00e8s et se retrouvaient pauvres et abandonn\u00e9s par la famille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout au long de son minist\u00e8re, J\u00e9sus \u00e0 toujours d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 ces lois lorsqu\u2019elles \u00e9taient en opposition \u00e0 la Loi de son P\u00e8re ou qu\u2019Il y constatait des injustices. Il s\u2019affairait \u00e0 d\u00e9montrer aux instances religieuses que l\u2019on ne pouvait se moquer de Dieu en modifiant la Loi divine en y substituant des lois humaines rattach\u00e9es \u00e0 des int\u00e9r\u00eats personnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e9sus voyait clairement que les pharisiens et les scribes se scandalisaient lorsque quelqu\u2019un ne respectait pas leurs pr\u00e9ceptes, alors qu\u2019eux se permettaient de violer la Loi de Dieu.
