D\u00e9rout\u00e9s sans doute par l\u2019absence de pain et d\u2019argent, ils allaient proclamer la conversion, expulser les d\u00e9mons, oindre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la gu\u00e9rison. Fr\u00e9missant peut-\u00eatre en marchant, la peur dans le regard \u00e9vitant, ils allaient c\u00f4te \u00e0 c\u00f4te, les yeux fix\u00e9s sur la poussi\u00e8re soulev\u00e9e par leur pieds tra\u00een\u00e9s. Qu\u2019arrivera-t-il si nous \u00e9chouons ? Que faire si nous ne sommes ni accueillis ni nourris, laiss\u00e9s la nuit sur le chemin et sa briganderie ? La peur paralysa le premier, l\u2019autre lui poussa un peu dans les reins sans conviction, fallait avancer. Le soleil d\u00e9clinait, le froid enveloppait, les sanglots montaient. Envoy\u00e9s pour quelle mission ? Comment na\u00eetre d\u2019un c\u0153ur missionnaire?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le d\u00e9nuement le plus complet, le premier s\u2019agenouilla, le second tenta de le retenir. Une pluie aussi fine que glaciale s\u2019annon\u00e7a. Sans tunique de rechange, muni de sandales trop serr\u00e9es, r\u00e9duit \u00e0 mendier, le second s\u2019affaissa. Pr\u00eats \u00e0 abandonner, notre mission serait-elle de mourir ici ? Ne crains rien, car je suis avec toi (Es. 41.10). L\u2019\u00e2me respire quand elle est aim\u00e9e, elle palpite quand elle est pardonn\u00e9e. Ils se regard\u00e8rent, qu\u2019avait dit le Ma\u00eetre avant notre envoi ? Tous deux avaient en t\u00eate et en c\u0153ur la question pos\u00e9e \u00e0 Pierre&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;M\u2019aimes-tu plus que ceux-ci ?&nbsp;(Jn 21,25)&nbsp;\u00bb. Ils sourirent, se remirent debout et s\u2019\u00e9lanc\u00e8rent vers le prochain village encore trop loin. Par amour pour notre Rabbi. Pierre tout comme eux n\u2019avait gu\u00e8re d\u2019envergure mais l\u2019intensit\u00e9 de l\u2019amour transmis par le Christ pour le P\u00e8re \u00e9tait si vivifiant si agissant. Dans cette aventure, depuis la barque laiss\u00e9e, le poste abandonn\u00e9, les parents quitt\u00e9s, il n\u2019\u00e9tait question que d\u2019amour&nbsp;: l\u2019amour de ce J\u00e9sus, l\u2019amour des autres, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019amour de soi. M\u00eame tremp\u00e9s et d\u00e9nud\u00e9s, il ne s\u2019agissait plus de traverser sans fin des contr\u00e9es pour proclamer la Bonne Nouvelle mais d\u2019aimer, de nous aimer les uns les autres comme lui nous a aim\u00e9s. Ne nous a-t-il pas dit&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;\u00c0 ceci, tous reconna\u00eetront que vous \u00eates mes disciples&nbsp;(Jn 13.35)&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u2019accompagnant deux par deux, accompagn\u00e9s par l\u2019Esprit, c\u2019est d\u2019abord le t\u00e9moignage de cet amour fraternel qui lib\u00e8re, exorcise et gu\u00e9ris. Il donne \u00e0 vivre, et c\u2019est ainsi que le monde sera interpell\u00e9. Aimer ceux qui nous entourent, dans le d\u00e9nuement et la pauvret\u00e9 de l\u2019amour. Ils se contemplent, la mission est d\u00e9j\u00e0 entam\u00e9e avant m\u00eame les rencontres qui \u00e9taient appr\u00e9hend\u00e9es. \u00c9tant pauvres d\u2019amour nous avons re\u00e7us l\u2019autorit\u00e9 du Christ pour donner et devenir le t\u00e9moignage de l\u2019amour absolu. Un amour de Dieu, un amour de feu qui embrase l\u2019indigne, le prodigue, l\u2019imm\u00e9rit\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9go\u00efste. Le c\u0153ur en voie et en joie, ils avaient pour mission d\u2019aimer comme le Christ, d\u2019aimer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 mourir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mourir \u00e0 force d\u2019aimer en r\u00e9v\u00e9lant d\u2019abord cet amour mis\u00e9ricordieux, le fond de Dieu. Aimer malgr\u00e9 les morts en manifestant le pur d\u00e9bordement de Dieu, le vivant de la Vie dont nous sommes enfants. Bient\u00f4t, ils arriv\u00e8rent, essouffl\u00e9s, le c\u0153ur palpitant, comme deux amoureux attendant chacun leur promise, arborant ensemble le m\u00eame \u00e9merveillement.
