C\u2019est Toi qui, \u00e0 ma naissance, m\u2019as dit de \u00ab&nbsp;monter dans la barque&nbsp;\u00bb que serait le monde pour moi. Sur la montagne o\u00f9 Tu pries, Ta pens\u00e9e qui traverse le temps m\u2019accompagne. Dans Ta vision qui englobe la Cr\u00e9ation, Tu me choisis (Eph 1,4) de toujours \u00e0 toujours. Tu m\u2019as demand\u00e9 d\u2019aller \u00ab&nbsp;sur l\u2019autre rive&nbsp;\u00bb, de pratiquer cette travers\u00e9e o\u00f9 j\u2019apprendrais \u00e0 aimer, \u00e0 croire et \u00e0 esp\u00e9rer. Tu m\u2019as demand\u00e9 de courir sur le terrain et de me jeter dans la m\u00eal\u00e9e ! Et Toi, Tu viens vers nous \u00ab&nbsp;vers la fin de la nuit&nbsp;\u00bb. Tu portes le maillot de notre humanit\u00e9 et Tu fais partie de notre \u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon doux Seigneur, si souvent quand mes assurances s\u2019effondrent, je perds pieds ! D\u00e8s que les vents contraires s\u2019acharnent et que l\u2019eau me monte \u00e0 la gorge, je m\u2019enfonce\u2026. Combien de fois mes id\u00e9es les plus \u00e9prouv\u00e9es fondent-elles comme neige au soleil ? \u00c0 la place de mes pens\u00e9es, une petite flaque s\u2019\u00e9tale qui bien vite s\u2019\u00e9vapore. Mon courage lui aussi se volatilise\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu es surprenant Seigneur ! Qui trouve que la mer est un champ favorable pour planter ? C\u2019est Toi Seigneur ! Car, Tu oses dire \u00e0 l&#8217;arbre de l\u2019impossible f\u00e9condit\u00e9 : \u00ab D\u00e9racine-toi et va te planter dans la mer \u00bb (Lc 17,6). Qui donc trouve que la mer est un chemin o\u00f9 marcher ? C\u2019est Toi, Seigneur ! \u00ab&nbsp;Par la mer passait ton chemin, tes sentiers, par les eaux profondes.&nbsp;\u00bb (Ps 76,20). Par l\u2019oc\u00e9an de mon angoisse, Tu fais passer Ton chemin. Tu es surprenant Seigneur et je ne me laisse pas surprendre\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seigneur, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 Tu poses les pieds, Tu affermis un sol qui devient praticable. Ta v\u00e9rit\u00e9 n\u2019est pas une le\u00e7on \u00e0 r\u00e9citer. Ta v\u00e9rit\u00e9, je la remarque par le sol solide qu\u2019elle affermit sous mes pas. Ta v\u00e9rit\u00e9, c\u2019est ce qui r\u00e9siste. Encore faut-il que je m\u2019\u00e9lance avec audace dans l\u2019action pour que je sente la fermet\u00e9 de Ta v\u00e9rit\u00e9 ! Combien de fois je reste sur le bord pour v\u00e9rifier la temp\u00e9rature de l\u2019eau ! Combien de fois je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re discuter sur Ta v\u00e9rit\u00e9 au lieu de la vivre ! Et pourtant, Ta v\u00e9rit\u00e9 fournit un point d\u2019appui quand je chanc\u00e8le. Tu es dans la vie qui bouge. Tu es dans les paquets de mer qui bousculent, alors que je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re T\u2019imaginer dans la niche creus\u00e9e dans le mur d\u2019une \u00e9glise comme si Tu \u00e9tais une statue de pl\u00e2tre !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parfois, je trouve une opinion sur laquelle m\u2019appuyer. Comme les ours blancs qui s\u2019avancent sur la banquise, je ne crains plus la mer. Cal\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00e9paisse couche gel\u00e9e sous mes pas, j\u2019avance accroch\u00e9 \u00e0 mes convictions. Pourtant, comme les ours blancs, j\u2019ai souvent de vilaines surprises : sous un soleil trop ardent qui r\u00e9chauffe le p\u00f4le, un morceau de banquise se d\u00e9tache et enferme l\u2019ours blanc sur une \u00eele de glace qui se perd en mer. La banquise fractur\u00e9e d\u00e9rive. Alors, je marche sur ma certitude, mais cette certitude n\u2019est plus rattach\u00e9e \u00e0 rien\u2026 Mais elle flotte et vagabonde dans l\u2019oc\u00e9an\u2026 Liqu\u00e9fi\u00e9 avec la glace qui s\u2019\u00e9chauffe, j\u2019ai peur. Je te vois passer devant moi\u2026 Toi le Vivant ! Et je ne vois qu\u2019\u00ab&nbsp;un fant\u00f4me&nbsp;\u00bb !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque Tu d\u00e9clares : \u00ab Confiance ! c\u2019est moi ; n\u2019ayez pas peur ! \u00bb, tu ne pratiques pas un exercice pour regonfler ma bonne conscience en berne. Sur la tige de mon ego, rien de divin ne peut s\u2019\u00e9panouir. Tu fais bien mieux ! Sur les flots de mes \u00e9garements, Tu prononces Ton Nom divin confi\u00e9 \u00e0 Mo\u00efse : \u00ab&nbsp;Je suis&nbsp;\u00bb (Ex 3,14). Tu fais \u00e9clater Ta gloire (Ex 15,21) ! Tu Te fais reconna\u00eetre par le signe de la Pr\u00e9sence : \u00ab&nbsp;Courage&nbsp;! Je suis.&nbsp;\u00bb (traduction Andr\u00e9 Chouraqui). Comme un acide, ma peur dissout ce que je suis, qui s\u2019\u00e9goutte comme une eau. Mais, Toi, Seigneur, Tu crois en moi. Tu me demandes de m\u2019appuyer sur la confiance que, comme deux cales solides, Tu places sous mes pieds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tel est l\u2019ordinaire miracle de vivre, \u00f4 ma\u00eetre de l\u2019existence : Tu me conduis pour na\u00eetre (Jn 3,6) ! L\u2019horizon que Tu tends devant moi n\u2019est pas celui de la mort, mais un \u00ab&nbsp;\u00e0 venir&nbsp;\u00bb de naissance. Le \u00ab&nbsp;Je suis&nbsp;\u00bb que Tu prononces est le berceau o\u00f9 je me d\u00e9couvre. Ton regard me dit : \u00ab&nbsp;Je veux que tu vives !&nbsp;\u00bb (Ez 16,6). Ta Parole est une nourriture \u00e0 laquelle mon propre \u00ab&nbsp;je&nbsp;\u00bb reprend ses forces. Dans Ta confiance, \u00ab&nbsp;je&nbsp;\u00bb grandis en dignit\u00e9. Devenu dense de Ta pr\u00e9sence, je ne crains plus les flots fluctuants. Mon \u00ab&nbsp;je&nbsp;\u00bb est une \u00e9corce qui craque sous une puissante pouss\u00e9e de Vie. Je m\u2019\u00e9tonne de sentir en moi un \u00ab&nbsp;Je suis&nbsp;\u00bb plus vaste, un \u00ab&nbsp;Je suis&nbsp;\u00bb plus l\u00e9ger qui respire un air plus haut. Les racines de Ton \u00catre, Seigneur, plongent en moi pour que je croisse \u00e0 Ta dimension. Prodige incroyable ! Quelle est cette plante sauvage greff\u00e9e sur le tronc d\u2019un arbre noble pour en acqu\u00e9rir la vigueur (Rm 11,24) ? C\u2019est la merveille que je suis (Ps 138,18) !
