Regardez-les : d\u00e8s qu\u2019ils bourgeonnent, vous savez que l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 est tout proche. De m\u00eame, vous aussi, lorsque vous verrez arriver cela, sachez que le royaume de Dieu est proche. Amen, je vous le dis : cette g\u00e9n\u00e9ration ne passera pas sans que tout cela n\u2019arrive. Nous allons f\u00eater ce premier av\u00e8nement du Christ dans l\u2019histoire de notre humanit\u00e9, et nous allons pr\u00e9parer nos c\u0153urs pour vivre son retour dans la gloire (le troisi\u00e8me av\u00e8nement) comme il nous en a fait la promesse. Entre l\u2019attente et la f\u00eate, il nous faut aussi intensifier notre perception du deuxi\u00e8me av\u00e8nement&nbsp;: celui du royaume de Dieu d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent parmi nous (cf. Lc 17, 21).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La parabole du figuier nous renvoie \u00e0 cette capacit\u00e9 fondamentale : demeurer \u00e9veill\u00e9s aux signes discrets qui manifestent la pr\u00e9sence active de Dieu. Le bourgeon n\u2019est pas encore le fruit, il n\u2019a rien d\u2019extraordinaire ; pourtant il porte d\u00e9j\u00e0, en germe, la promesse de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9. Ainsi en est-il du Royaume : il ne s\u2019impose pas par la force, il ne s\u2019annonce pas par des \u00e9v\u00e9nements spectaculaires, mais il se laisse reconna\u00eetre dans la croissance humble et pers\u00e9v\u00e9rante de tout ce qui fait vivre. C\u2019est ce regard int\u00e9rieur, ce sens spirituel du r\u00e9el, que J\u00e9sus d\u00e9sire \u00e9duquer chez ses disciples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lire les signes des temps, ce n\u2019est pas interpr\u00e9ter l\u2019actualit\u00e9 uniquement \u00e0 travers les inqui\u00e9tudes qui la traversent. C\u2019est accueillir chaque situation comme un lieu possible de visitation : l\u00e0 o\u00f9 nous percevons des fractures, Dieu travaille d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 faire surgir une vie nouvelle. Dans l\u2019accompagnement spirituel, nous sommes souvent t\u00e9moins de ces germinations secr\u00e8tes : une parole qui apaise, un pardon qui se fraie un chemin, un c\u0153ur qui se rouvre malgr\u00e9 la fatigue, une confiance qui rena\u00eet. Autant de \u00ab bourgeons \u00bb \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre, \u00e0 nommer, \u00e0 encourager, car ils manifestent la proximit\u00e9 du Royaume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette vigilance spirituelle suppose un c\u0153ur form\u00e9 \u00e0 la patience. L\u2019hiver peut sembler long, le figuier peut para\u00eetre st\u00e9rile ; pourtant, la s\u00e8ve continue de circuler en silence. Dieu \u0153uvre ainsi dans nos existences, parfois \u00e0 travers des \u00e9tapes que nous trouvons obscures ou arides. La parole de J\u00e9sus&nbsp;: \u00ab Le ciel et la terre passeront, mes paroles ne passeront pas \u00bb nous rappelle que la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 de Dieu demeure, m\u00eame quand tout semble fragile. Elle est notre point d\u2019appui pour traverser les saisons de la vie sans perdre l\u2019esp\u00e9rance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019approche de l\u2019Avent, nous pouvons demander la gr\u00e2ce de cette lucidit\u00e9 du c\u0153ur. Non pas une lucidit\u00e9 inqui\u00e8te, mais une lucidit\u00e9 confiante : celle qui cherche les traces de Dieu dans le quotidien, celle qui s\u2019\u00e9merveille de la moindre pousse, celle qui sait que la promesse est d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153uvre. Dans un monde satur\u00e9 d\u2019informations, nous sommes appel\u00e9s \u00e0 devenir des veilleurs, des hommes et des femmes capables de reconna\u00eetre, sous l\u2019apparente banalit\u00e9 ou sous les blessures de l\u2019histoire humaine, le travail discret du Royaume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer No\u00ebl, c\u2019est finalement cela : r\u00e9apprendre \u00e0 voir. Voir comme Dieu voit, voir comme J\u00e9sus nous invite \u00e0 voir. Nous allons f\u00eater ce premier av\u00e8nement du Christ dans l\u2019histoire de notre humanit\u00e9, et nous allons pr\u00e9parer nos c\u0153urs pour vivre son retour dans la gloire (le troisi\u00e8me av\u00e8nement) comme il nous en a fait la promesse. Entre l\u2019attente et la f\u00eate, il nous faut aussi intensifier notre perception du deuxi\u00e8me av\u00e8nement&nbsp;: celui du royaume de Dieu d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent parmi nous (cf. Lc 17, 21).&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>La parabole du figuier nous renvoie \u00e0 cette capacit\u00e9 fondamentale : demeurer \u00e9veill\u00e9s aux signes discrets qui manifestent la pr\u00e9sence active de Dieu. Le bourgeon n\u2019est pas encore le fruit, il n\u2019a rien d\u2019extraordinaire ; pourtant il porte d\u00e9j\u00e0, en germe, la promesse de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9. Ainsi en est-il du Royaume : il ne s\u2019impose pas par la force, il ne s\u2019annonce pas par des \u00e9v\u00e9nements spectaculaires, mais il se laisse reconna\u00eetre dans la croissance humble et pers\u00e9v\u00e9rante de tout ce qui fait vivre. C\u2019est ce regard int\u00e9rieur, ce sens spirituel du r\u00e9el, que J\u00e9sus d\u00e9sire \u00e9duquer chez ses disciples.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Lire les signes des temps, ce n\u2019est pas interpr\u00e9ter l\u2019actualit\u00e9 uniquement \u00e0 travers les inqui\u00e9tudes qui la traversent. C\u2019est accueillir chaque situation comme un lieu possible de visitation : l\u00e0 o\u00f9 nous percevons des fractures, Dieu travaille d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 faire surgir une vie nouvelle. Dans l\u2019accompagnement spirituel, nous sommes souvent t\u00e9moins de ces germinations secr\u00e8tes : une parole qui apaise, un pardon qui se fraie un chemin, un c\u0153ur qui se rouvre malgr\u00e9 la fatigue, une confiance qui rena\u00eet. Autant de \u00ab bourgeons \u00bb \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre, \u00e0 nommer, \u00e0 encourager, car ils manifestent la proximit\u00e9 du Royaume.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Cette vigilance spirituelle suppose un c\u0153ur form\u00e9 \u00e0 la patience. L\u2019hiver peut sembler long, le figuier peut para\u00eetre st\u00e9rile ; pourtant, la s\u00e8ve continue de circuler en silence. Dieu \u0153uvre ainsi dans nos existences, parfois \u00e0 travers des \u00e9tapes que nous trouvons obscures ou arides. La parole de J\u00e9sus&nbsp;: \u00ab Le ciel et la terre passeront, mes paroles ne passeront pas \u00bb nous rappelle que la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 de Dieu demeure, m\u00eame quand tout semble fragile. Elle est notre point d\u2019appui pour traverser les saisons de la vie sans perdre l\u2019esp\u00e9rance.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019approche de l\u2019Avent, nous pouvons demander la gr\u00e2ce de cette lucidit\u00e9 du c\u0153ur. Non pas une lucidit\u00e9 inqui\u00e8te, mais une lucidit\u00e9 confiante : celle qui cherche les traces de Dieu dans le quotidien, celle qui s\u2019\u00e9merveille de la moindre pousse, celle qui sait que la promesse est d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153uvre.
