Demeurez dans mon amour. Si vous gardez mes commandements, vous demeurerez dans mon amour, comme moi, j\u2019ai gard\u00e9 les commandements de mon P\u00e8re, et je demeure dans son amour. Je vous ai dit cela pour que ma joie soit en vous, et que votre joie soit parfaite. Mon commandement, le voici : Aimez-vous les uns les autres comme je vous ai aim\u00e9s. Il n\u2019y a pas de plus grand amour que de donner sa vie pour ceux qu\u2019on aime. Vous \u00eates mes amis si vous faites ce que je vous commande. Je ne vous appelle plus serviteurs, car le serviteur ne sait pas ce que fait son ma\u00eetre ; je vous appelle mes amis, car tout ce que j\u2019ai entendu de mon P\u00e8re, je vous l\u2019ai fait conna\u00eetre. Pourtant, n\u2019est-elle pas aussi victime de son succ\u00e8s&nbsp;? Ne finit-elle pas par s\u2019user banalement sur le pav\u00e9 de son \u00ab&nbsp;\u00e9vid-ence&nbsp;\u00bb \u2013 \u00e9vid\u00e9e \u2013 au fil des ann\u00e9es, telle une odeur \u00e0 laquelle on s\u2019habitue et qui sombre, inaper\u00e7ue, dans l\u2019insensibilit\u00e9 et l\u2019oubli&nbsp;? Son commandement d\u2019amour n\u2019est-il pas devenu une expression assaisonn\u00e9e \u00e0 toutes les sauces, des plus douces aux plus piquantes, ou encore, carr\u00e9ment insipides&nbsp;? Rabat-joie, me direz-vous&nbsp;? Pas du tout, ce n\u2019est que pour mieux r\u00e9animer, en moi d\u2019abord, son incandescente quintessence et, qui sait, peut-\u00eatre aussi en vous. Comme je ne peux certainement pas suffire \u00e0 la t\u00e2che \u2013 elle appartient avant tout \u00e0 l\u2019Esprit \u2013 je consens tout de m\u00eame \u00e0 essayer de faire ma petite part pour r\u00e9activer, esp\u00e9r\u00e9-je, son magn\u00e9tisme, afin que vous et moi y \u00ab&nbsp;<strong>demeurions aimant\u00e9s<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En m\u00e9ditant cette Bonne Nouvelle du jour, me voil\u00e0 myst\u00e9rieusement t\u00e9l\u00e9port\u00e9 dans les chaussures, certes trop grandes, de Jean le Baptiste vis-\u00e0-vis J\u00e9sus, lui rendant ainsi t\u00e9moignage&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Telle est ma joie, et elle est parfaite. Il faut que lui grandisse et moi que je d\u00e9croisse [\u2026] Qui accueille son t\u00e9moignage certifie que Dieu est v\u00e9ridique; en effet, celui que Dieu a envoy\u00e9 prononce les paroles de Dieu, car il donne l\u2019Esprit sans mesure. Le P\u00e8re aime le Fils et a tout remis dans sa main. Qui croit au Fils a la vie \u00e9ternelle; qui refuse de croire au Fils ne verra pas la vie, mais la col\u00e8re de Dieu demeure en lui&nbsp;\u00bb (<em>Jn<\/em> 3, 29-30.33-36). \u00c0 la suite de cette parole situ\u00e9e en droite ligne de l\u2019\u00e9vangile du jour, ne sentez-vous pas un courant pass\u00e9&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La logique d\u00e9concertante de l\u2019\u00c9vangile veut que \u00ab&nbsp;qui perd <strong>sa<\/strong> vie limit\u00e9e, <strong>LA<\/strong> gagne infiniment en Dieu&nbsp;\u00bb (<em>Mc<\/em> 8, 35-37). Or, n\u2019est-il pas vrai que, trop souvent ici-bas, \u00ab&nbsp;on perd sa vie \u00e0 la vouloir la gagner<a id=\"_ftnref1\" href=\"#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a>&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00e9tant aimant\u00e9 \u00e0 cette part de soi, de l\u2019autre et du monde vou\u00e9es \u00e0 la d\u00e9ch\u00e9ance ? En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, sur les pas de J\u00e9sus-Christ et en en Lui, on ne <strong>re\u00e7oit<\/strong> bien S(s)a V(v)ie qu\u2019en<strong> l\u2019offrant et en la donnant, <\/strong>encourant le beau risque alors d\u2019y<strong> \u00eatre aimant\u00e9<\/strong>. <strong>Donner<\/strong> en J\u00e9sus-Christ n\u2019est <strong>jamais perdre<\/strong>. Au contraire, c\u2019est plut\u00f4t<strong> se retrouver<\/strong> en<strong> communion divine<\/strong> \u00e0 <strong>la source et au sommet de la \u00ab&nbsp;joie parfaite&nbsp;\u00bb, durable <\/strong>et<strong> imprenable<\/strong>. Et cette Joie n\u2019est pas tant un sentiment chaleureux que la pl\u00e9nitude elle-m\u00eame du sentiment d\u2019exister<a id=\"_ftnref2\" href=\"#_ftn2\">[2]<\/a> o\u00f9 le plus (+) attire et \u00ab&nbsp;aimante&nbsp;\u00bb le moins (-). &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour que la joie soit parfaite, il faut qu\u2019IL grandisse en moi et que je d\u00e9croisse en Lui, et qu\u2019au final, nous demeurions, Lui en moi et moi en Lui, dans la joie partag\u00e9e. Certes, en physique et en m\u00e9taphysique, deux p\u00f4les similaires se repoussent&nbsp;: quand on <strong>se prend pour<\/strong> <strong>moins que rien<\/strong> entra\u00eenant l\u2019a(A)utre dans notre chute (2 p\u00f4les n\u00e9gatifs dont l\u2019un est faux) ou qu\u2019on <strong>se prend n\u00fbment pour<\/strong> <strong>Dieu<\/strong> (2 p\u00f4les positifs dont l\u2019un est faux), la \u00ab&nbsp;col\u00e8re divine&nbsp;\u00bb <strong>demeure<\/strong> en nous, repoussant alors l\u2019Amour. Mais, au fond, pourquoi <strong>prendre<\/strong> ce qui, en fait, nous est d\u00e9j\u00e0 donn\u00e9 par-dessus le march\u00e9&nbsp;? \u00ab&nbsp;Demeurez dans mon amour&nbsp;\u00bb, c\u2019est tout, rien de plus (+), rien de moins (-). C\u2019est toutefois, l\u00e0, le lieu de notre p\u00e9ch\u00e9 qui est bien plus une plaie \u00e0 gu\u00e9rir qu\u2019une tache \u00e0 effacer ou une tare \u00e0 compenser au prix vain de nos efforts humains. Lorsqu\u2019on \u00ab&nbsp;\u00e9l\u00e8ve [en v\u00e9rit\u00e9] notre regard vers celui qu\u2019ils ont transperc\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb (<em>cf. Za<\/em> 12,10<em>)<\/em>, la trou\u00e9e r\u00e9v\u00e8le sans conteste qu\u2019il n\u2019a jamais perdu LA Vie, m\u00eame sur la croix. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette Vie, il ne l\u2019a toujours accueillie qu\u2019en la donnant librement f\u00e9cond\u00e9e jusqu\u2019au summum de son existence, recevant tout du P\u00e8re et Lui redonnant tout au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de Sa Gloire et du salut du genre humain comme de toute la Cr\u00e9ation. Clou\u00e9 au sol sur la barre transversale (\u2014, <em>lat.&nbsp;: patibulum<\/em>) qu\u2019il avait lourdement port\u00e9e en chemin, les soldats romains l\u2019ont ensuite hiss\u00e9 sur le poteau vertical (|, <em>lat.&nbsp;: stipes<\/em>) formant d\u00e8s lors la Croix : \u2020. Ce faisant, ils ont, contre toute attente et malgr\u00e9 eux, permis que soient myst\u00e9rieusement crois\u00e9s et r\u00e9unis le moins (-) humain au plus (+) divin-salvifique. En d\u00e9finitive, le P\u00e8re, en J\u00e9sus-Christ dans l\u2019effusion de son Esprit, a fait une \u00ab&nbsp;Croix&nbsp;\u00bb sur la d\u00e9r\u00e9liction et, qui plus est, en a fait le p\u00f4le d\u2019attraction du genre humain et de toute la Cr\u00e9ation. La Croix glorieuse s\u2019av\u00e8re, de toute \u00e9ternit\u00e9, le myst\u00e9rieux creuset de la v(V)ie au creux duquel le non-\u00eatre du mal et la souffrance sont \u00ab&nbsp;alchimiquement&nbsp;\u00bb transform\u00e9s en Amour et Joie v\u00e9ritables. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutefois, elle requiert en son myst\u00e8re un <strong>d\u00e9pouillement <\/strong>qui n\u2019est pas <strong>ais\u00e9<\/strong>. Bien qu\u2019il ne soit jamais an\u00e9antissement ou disparition, il implique certes un renoncement \u00e0 tout ce qui d\u00e9magn\u00e9tise en soi et autour de soi la communion divine des p\u00f4les humain et divin (- et +), et emp\u00eache leur commutation en joie parfaite. La perc\u00e9e <strong>demeure<\/strong> d\u2019y consentir constamment, mais son balbutiement n\u2019est rendu possible que si nous avons pu \u00ab&nbsp;re-con-na\u00eetre&nbsp;\u00bb les traces de l\u2019Amour mis\u00e9ricordieux du P\u00e8re au c\u0153ur de notre vie. Et, cela ne se fait pas seul, mais en relation et en communion avec d\u2019autres \u00ab&nbsp;bienheureux demeur\u00e9s&nbsp;\u00bb au c\u0153ur du monde. En ce sens, la joie d\u2019\u00eatre aim\u00e9s et d\u2019aimer demeure toujours en nous comme un don gracieux \u00e0 recevoir et \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre, et jamais comme une r\u00e9compense m\u00e9ritoire. Nous sommes ainsi convi\u00e9s, sur le pas de Celui qui nous pr\u00e9c\u00e8de, \u00e0 marcher (\u00ab&nbsp;heureux&nbsp;\u00bb traduit Chouraqui) le chemin de notre filiation et de notre mission vers cette communion divine qui est source de Joie \u00ab&nbsp;commune \u00bb aux fils et filles de Dieu. Partout o\u00f9 il y a bienveillance et compassion, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieu y fait discr\u00e8tement mais myst\u00e9rieusement Sa demeure, et nous contribuons \u00e0 son \u00e9chafaudage. Cette demeure, il veut la faire en nous et entre nous, alors que nous aspirons tous et toutes ardemment, consciemment ou non, \u00e0 y demeurer en Joie \u00e0 jamais. Une question demeure, non pas celle qui \u00ab&nbsp;tue&nbsp;\u00bb mais au contraire qui \u00ab&nbsp;donne Vie&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Pour que Dieu t\u2019habite, Lui as-tu construit un logement digne de sa gloire&nbsp;?<a id=\"_ftnref3\" href=\"#_ftn3\">[3]<\/a>&nbsp;\u00bb \u00ab&nbsp;Comment cela peut-il se faire&nbsp;?&nbsp;\u00bb (<em>Jn<\/em> 3, 9) Suivons les traces du Bon Pasteur en \u00ab&nbsp;re-con-naissant&nbsp;\u00bb qu\u2019il n&#8217;y a pas meilleur et plus joyeux Berger que Lui, puisqu\u2019il n\u2019a jamais d\u00e9daign\u00e9 \u00e0 sentir le mouton<a id=\"_ftnref4\" href=\"#_ftn4\">[4]<\/a>.
